Kriging Method-Based Return Prediction of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Reverse Logistics

In reverse logistics, the accurate prediction of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) return amount is great significance to guide enterprises formulate a reasonable recycling plan, remanufacturing production plan inventory plan. However, due uncertainty WEEE return, it challenge accurately predict sites. Differently from existing research methods aiming at spatial correlation sites, mathematical model based on Kriging method proposed by this paper in logistics. Based second-order randomness amount, structure network analyzed. According principle unbiased minimum variance, space derived, calculation process three variograms given. The results Monte Carlo simulation case study J company Shanghai show that effective utilize method-based logistics analyze each site. can amounts unknown sites as well those whole area through known site data, which provides novel analysis theoretical basis for amount.
